Just bought it recently to try it out, hopefully it can help to improve my sleep condition

I bought the pillows for myself and my spouse. We both had a difficult time adjusting to the pillows. It is too soft and offers no support to the neck at all. I honestly do not recommend this pillow to anyone. Furthermore, only after a couple of weeks, we received the maintenance program wings. Does the company know that we just started trying out the pillows and how come the maintenance wings arrived so soon? Is there a way to get a refund?

Really great pillow, normally I can’t sleep through the night but after I changed pillow using giraf, I never wake up and always sleep through the night.

Their pillows are indeed very unique. It is nothing like the usual memory pillows in the market.
There is a supportive memory foam segment in the middle for back sleepers. But the moment I turn onto the side, it is met with a fluffy and face-cuddling softness that would otherwise be neck-contorting if it were the usual full-on contoured memory foam pillow.
It quite ingenious, really! I have gotten used to fluffing up my pillows every morning whilst making the bed so its all ready to envelope my neck and cranium come bedtime.
I really hope Giraf is here for the long run as it took me bloody well 15 years to find a pillow that didn't have some shortcomings or other.

I am been able to sleep better for longer. I fall asleep faster and wake up less. When sleeping on my side, the material in the wing capsule makes me feel like I am leaning onto soft soft yet firm.

Amazing pillow, didnt expect this effect when I first got it but I have been following it for some time before deciding to purchase. Excellent purchase in my view, had great sleep
